These terms and conditions govern the use of shamanic healing, functional medicine, and/or coaching services provided by Atman Healing Services to clients. By booking your appointment you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

When booking an appointment you will be required to provide relevant personal information, including your full name, contact details, medical history, and reason for service inquiry. Once you have successfully booked an appointment you will receive a confirmation email, as well as additional instructions or requirements.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice of any cancellation. If you fail to cancel your appointment within the specified notice period or do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

The cancellation fee will be 50% of the total appointment cost. Cancellation charges will be billed to you and must be paid within 3 days of the cancellation. Failure to pay the cancellation charges may result in restrictions on future appointments or services.

We strive to maintain punctuality for all appointments to ensure the smooth running of our services. If you arrive late, the duration of the appointment may be shortened to accommodate other clients.

Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies, or facility/faculty issues. In such unforeseen cases, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative appointment options.

Your personal information will be handled by our Privacy policy, which outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your data.

While we at Atman Healing Services strive to provide high-quality shamanic healing, functional medicine, and/or coaching, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of any diagnosis, treatment, or advice provided during your service. By booking this service, you are agreeing to release liability from Atman Healing Services, and their staff for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of their services.

By receiving care and services from Atman Healing Services you acknowledge and agree that these services involve certain risks and uncertainties. These risks may include but are not limited to, the potential for medical complications, adverse reactions to medications, herbs, or treatment, and unforeseen outcomes. You voluntarily assume 100% of the risks associated with receiving these services.

You hereby release discharge, and hold harmless Atman Healing Services, its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, actions, demands, expenses, or damages arising out of or in connection with your receipt of these services. This release includes but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, medical malpractice, negligence, or any other cause of action.

You agree to comply with all instructions, recommendations, and advice provided by Atman Healing Services, its employees, agents, or representatives regarding your medical and psychological health. Failure to follow such instructions may increase the risk of adverse outcomes and may affect the ability of Atman Healing Services to provide effective interventions and care.

The Atman Healing Services will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of your personal and medical information by applicable laws and regulations. However, you understand that no transmission of data over the internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You agree that Atman Healing Services shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss of your personal or medical information.

For Atman Healing Services to accept me as a client I, the undersigned

agree that Atman Healing Services, or any of their employees, shall not be liable for:

Any personal injury, illness, or death arising from any session.

A person is accepted as a client entirely at the discretion of Atman Healing Services staff.

Atman Healing Services reserves the right to cancel any session at any time.

The client must answer all questions truthfully during consultation before participating in any session provided by Atman Healing Services.

Atman Healing Services shall not be liable for any injury suffered by not having given full and true answers to any precautionary questions contained in this document.

I hereby release Atman Healing, its owners, employees, practitioners, and affiliates from all liability resulting from the use of equipment, materials, preparations, remedies, or treatments before, during, and after my session and I assume full responsibility for all risks regarding this treatment.

By booking an appointment, and voluntarily choosing to receive care and treatment with Atman Healing Services you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
